NOTICE: If you do not get a confirmation email from us within ONE day, it might be in your deleted folder if you have a spam blocker OR we didn't get your order!

 To Order By Mail or Fax: Fill out the order form. (Select item under Product Description, TAB to select quantity. Then use your TAB key to get extended price.) PRINT it, using either the print feature of your browser, or the PRINT button at the bottom. Send mail-in orders to our address at the top; include one (1) copy with your check drawn on a U.S. Bank, or Money Order (U.S. Funds), made payable to Identifind.    International orders must be payable in U.S. Funds. International orders subject to $4.50 additional shipping charge. (This does NOT apply to the 50 States OR it's possessions such as Puerto Rico, Guam, VI, APO, FPO!)  North Carolina residents are subject to 7.75% sales tax.

TO ORDER ONLINE:  Select items under Product Description, press TAB key to select quantity. Then use your TAB key to get extended price. This way the shipping/handling will be figured in properly!!! After you select the items you are ordering, (this is important), fill in "item #" (Item 1, 2, etc.) in the box that says "enter text for item #" just above where you fill in the text you want printed, or we won't get what you want printed! Then click the SUBMIT button ONCE to send!! This will bring up a payment box!
